Your information provided to us during the ordering process is protected such as your name, address and credit card details, all payment details made are through Paypal we are only supplied with your Invoice/Delivery address and payment made to our Paypal account, we do not store any financial details that you give on making a purchase.
The goods will not be delivered until the customers funds that have been paid to Mad4filmcells and have cleared in full.
Delivery
Your order will be sent to you in 3-5 working days, International orders will be sent to you in 7-10 working days, all items are sent using Royal Mail to be signed for service.
Returns Policy
To guarantee your satisfaction, all of our film cells come with a no fuss 7 day quarantee. You are entitled to cancel your order anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the 7th day. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your product unopened with the return reference supplied by us within the 7 days granted. You will be refunded for the goods purchased minus the postage & packing costs incured.
