- All free framed film cells are subject to availability, as stated we do not mass produce, if someone is logged on at the same time as you and purchases the same presentation as the one chosen then there may be a delay in receiving your free framed presentation, we will do our upmost to ensure that you get your chosen item, Some presentations my differ slightly if the above case does happen, for example plaque colour and cell arrangement.

The goods will not be delivered until the customers funds that have been paid to Mad4filmcells have cleared in full.
Delivery
Your order will be sent to you in 3-5 working days, International orders will be sent to you in 7-10 working days.

Returns Policy
To guarantee your satisfaction, all of our film cells come with a no fuss 7 day quarantee. You are entitled to cancel your order anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the 7th day. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your product unopened with the return reference supplied by us within the 7 days granted. You will be refunded for the goods purchased minus the postage & packing costs incured.
